JDB9035 Silane Modified Sealant

It can bond a wide range of materials, particularly suitable for bonding and sealing of metal, plastic and other materials. It’s applicable to the bonding and sealing of passenger cars, trains, heavy truck cab, ships, containers, ventilation piping and other parts.

Usage method

Instructions
? Please test effect of adhibiting the materials in advance. The surface must be dry and free from foreign matters prior to application. Cut a appropriate caliber of plastic beak and coat sealant fully on the bonding surface using manual or automatic glue gun. Then bond and fix the parts. Clean residual glue finally

Limitations
? Please refer to MSDS in detail before use;
? Apply the sealant in well-ventilated area. Avoid contact with skin and eyes, if skin and eyes contact occurs, wash thoroughly and then go to see a doctor; if swallowed, go to see a doctor immediately.

Package specification
?This product is packaged in 100ml toothpaste tubes, 300ml and 2600ml hard tubes.

Storage and transportation
?This product should be sealed and stored in a cool and dry environment at a temperature ranging from 8 ℃ to 27 ℃.
?The shelf life of the product is 8 months. See the packaging tube for the production batch number and shelf life.
